- Refund Window:
Customers can request a refund within 7 days from the start of a new subscription cycle. This means that if you start a new subscription period, you have up to 7 days from that date to request a refund for the current subscription period.
- Usage Quota:
To qualify for a refund, you must have generated text-to-speech audio for a total duration of 30 minutes or less during the current subscription cycle. If you have generated text-to-speech audio for more than 30 minutes, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- How to Request a Refund:

- Use the subject line “Refund Request”.
- In the body of the email, please include your Google account email address and a brief reason for the refund request.
Our support team will review your request and reach out to you within 3-5 business days with further instructions.
- Please Note:
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
