OmniAudio is an AI-powered service for podcast lovers that converts various types of content into podcast format, so you can listen to more content through your favorite podcast apps. It helps you consume more content by turning text-based materials into audio that you can enjoy while commuting, exercising, or doing other activities.
NotebookLM is an excellent personal research assistant, and it can also convert research materials into audio podcasts. However, OmniAudio has a different focus - we help you transform various content into listenable podcast episodes that are delivered directly to your podcast apps on phone or computer. Our goal is to be your personal podcast assistant, helping you customize and listen to more content that matters to you.
Currently, OmniAudio supports generating podcasts from various file types including web pages, text snippets, Gmail, Word documents, videos, and audio. We plan to support more formats in the future.
While traditional TTS only converts text to speech, OmniAudio goes further:
* It uses AI to transcribe non-text content (like videos, Word and audio).
* It refines the text content to make it more suitable for podcasting.
* It provides audio hosting that can be subscribed to and listened to in podcast clients.
* It optimizes the content for better listening experience.

OmniAudio supports general podcast clients such as Apple Podcast, Castro, Overcast, Pocket Casts, and many others.

Currently, OmniAudio doesn't have a dedicated mobile app for adding content. However, you can subscribe to your private podcast channel through any podcast app and listen on various devices without restrictions. Adding content via mobile devices is a high-priority feature we're working on for the future.
OmniAudio currently supports podcast generation in multiple languages, including English, French, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Russian, and more. This multilingual support allows users to create and listen to podcasts in their preferred language.
During the beta period, OmniAudio offers a paid plan called OmniAudio Plus , available monthly or annually. All new users get a 7-day free trial. There is no free plan during beta.
